About TallyGate

TallyGate is a clock-in, daily checks and timesheet app for UK construction firms.

It was built on live UK highways and groundworks sites by a site manager with 30 years in construction, to replace paper gate sheets that never quite added up.

What it does

• geofenced clock-in on operatives' own phones, with a photo at every clock, and it works with no signal
• check sheets, pre-use checks, RAMS and inductions that open the moment someone clocks in
• a fire roll call built from the clock records, with every phone on the list red until the person is safe
• card records and right to work checks
• timesheets approved by exception and sent to Xero Payroll UK, Staffology, Xero bills for CIS, or as files for BrightPay, Sage 50, IRIS and Moneysoft
• the operative app in English, Polish, Romanian or Albanian
• set up in your company's colours, logo and home-screen icon

What it doesn't do

We keep TallyGate simple. It runs on each person's own phone, so there is no shared kiosk or tablet at the gate. It isn't a visitor sign-in system, a plant register, or a job costing tool.
